## Reporting rules the MCP follows

1. Store financials (sales, gross profit, net profit) are reported excluding VAT and after refunds unless you ask otherwise. Say it in your prompt to be explicit.
2. Paid-channel ROAS and POAS come from attributed conversions, which can include VAT and are before refunds. They are labelled so you do not compare them with store profit by mistake.
3. Never add or average ratios. Percentages, shares, ROAS and POAS are recalculated from their parts.
4. Be explicit about time. Compare completed periods and matching weekdays, and expect the last few days to keep updating as refunds land.
5. Platforms overlap. Google and Meta can both claim the same order, so use store-level metrics such as Business-wise POAS when you need one total across channels.
